Refund Policy for Fast Online LLC

At Fast Online LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services, including website development, SEO, software and app development, and Google Ads management. Please read our refund policy carefully. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not accepted for services provided by Fast Online LLC. Once a project or service is initiated and payment has been made, the customer is responsible for paying the agreed fees, and we do not issue refunds except in exceptional circumstances.
2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
If you decide to cancel or change the scope of your project after payment has been made due to a change of mind or personal preference, no refund will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where you:

  • No longer wish to proceed with the service.
  • Decide to cancel the project or request significant changes after the work has commenced.
  • Decide to use another service provider after the project has started.

3. No Refunds for Completed Work
Once work on your project has been completed or is in the final stages of completion, no refunds will be offered. This includes work such as:

  • Website or app development that has been delivered as per the agreed specifications.
  • SEO services that have been completed and implemented.
  • Software or app features that have been fully developed and tested.
  • Google Ads campaigns that have been launched and are actively running.

4. No Refunds for Delayed or Partial Work (Except in Case of Non-Performance)
If a project is delayed or does not meet the expected timeline, Fast Online LLC will work with you to address the situation. However, if the delay is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customer delay, third-party issues), no refunds will be provided. Refunds will only be considered if Fast Online LLC fails to perform the agreed services or is unable to complete the project as outlined in the contract.
5. No Refunds for Custom Development Services
For any software or custom development services, once work has begun or a milestone has been reached, no refunds will be provided. This applies to custom-built software, apps, and websites that are developed specifically for your project.
6. Payment for Services Rendered
If the work is in progress, Fast Online LLC will provide updates and deliverables based on the milestones or timelines outlined in the contract. Should you decide to terminate the project prematurely, you are still obligated to pay for all services rendered up to that point, and no refund will be issued.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. Fast Online LLC will work with the client to address concerns, but refunds will not be issued except in cases where the service has not been delivered as per the contractual agreement.
8. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
While our standard policy does not provide refunds, exceptions may be considered in cases of:

  • Non-performance of agreed services (subject to investigation and review).
  • Breach of contract or failure to meet the terms set out in the signed agreement.

9. Refund Request Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please submit a written request via email to [email protected]. The request should include:

  • Your contact details.
  • A description of the service provided.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting documentation related to the issue.

Fast Online LLC will review your refund request and respond within 14 business days. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Fast Online LLC.

10. Final Agreement
By engaging with Fast Online LLC’s services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, including the fact that refunds are not accepted except in exceptional cases as outlined above.
